Privacy
This page explains what happens to your data when you use OnlineProxy.eu.
How the proxy works
The pages you open are fetched by our server in the EU and rewritten in your own browser, so the website sees our server's address instead of yours. The connection between your browser and our server is encrypted. Connections to websites that use https stay encrypted all the way to that website; our server only passes them on.
What we store
- For legal reasons, every connection made through the service is logged: the time, your IP address and the website it goes to (its name, for example www.youtube.com). The full address of the page is not logged: with https it is encrypted, and our server cannot see it. These logs are kept for 650 days, are accessible only to the operator, and are handed out only where the law requires it.
- Like every web server, ours briefly keeps technical access logs of requests to this site itself (time, IP address, browser), to keep the service running and to deal with abuse.
- We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Cookies and site data
Websites you visit through the proxy can set cookies and store data as usual. These are kept in your own browser, under this site's address, not on our server. To make pages load faster, your browser also keeps copies of pictures, fonts and scripts that the websites allow to be cached, for at most a week. You can delete them at any time with "Clear cookies and site data" in the menu while browsing, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Third parties
This site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes connection data to protect and speed up the site. The websites you open through the proxy have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You have the right to information about, correction and deletion of your personal data, and to complain to a data protection authority. Contact: abuse [at] onlineproxy.eu.
